Nathalie B.  holds an MBA from Ohio State and is a certified Master Beekeeper with 14 years’ experience in a wide variety of hives. A trilingual French transplant and a successful entrepreneur, she decided to start her own beekeeping operation to make her true passion her business. She launched and owns Bee-Mindful.com, a successful beekeeping school where she offers beekeeping apprenticeships and classes in sustainable and natural beekeeping, professional AG exemption services, as well as budget and back friendly horizontal top-bar hives and treatment-free bees. Nathalie B. is a contributor to the American Bee Journal, the President of the Texas Natural Beekeepers Association, and the creator of the World Bee Day Natural Beekeeping Webinar. She co-hosts the popular “Hive Jive” beekeeping podcast. In the past, she has served as a Director for the Texas Beekeepers Association, and Chairman of the Real Texas Honey non-profit. Nathalie is passionate about community outreach and volunteering, and has worked tirelessly to create free training programs and teaching apiaries for refugees in Congo, Nigeria, and Texas that teach beekeeping as a source of dignified and secure income.
