Meet the 2024 TNBA Board!

Mark Lehmann, President

Mark is a resident of Dripping Springs for over 40 years. He loves Dripping and the community that comes with it. He started Beekeeping over 7 years ago and his first lessons and introduction to beekeeping was by Dodie Stillman, Dodie went on to become the President of Texas Beekeepers Association. Mark work his hives and quite a few more with his friends, He enjoys going out working bees on large ranches just to be outdoors doing what he likes. His passions include 3 D printing, Cnc computer numerical control (CNC) work, woodworking ,metal work His Information Technology work. and Bees.

Mike Mahan, Vice President

Mike Mahan lives in Wimberley, and with his wife, Kim, has been beekeeping since 2019.  Together they manage 8-10 colonies in both Langstroth and Top Bar hives using natural, treatment free methods.  Mike is a commercial airline pilot, a retired U.S. Navy captain, and the owner of Fox Ridge Apiary.  The Mahan’s sell their honey at a local farmers market, and Mike enjoys their honey in tea and on his biscuits, but his favorite part of beekeeping is watching the bees fly!
